The facebook name of the car driver is Minh Can Ngoc (https://www.facebook.com/minhcnvzn). We did not arrange it through a company because another traveller suggested us this guy. But actually I think that he works for a company. We arranged everything through facebook.
He was very professional and we felt very safe. The jeep was very new. The loop is really amazing. I highly recommend him. He asked us for the whole amount in the beginning, which we thought being a bit strange and we actually gave him half of it at the beginning and half at the end. But anyway in the end I am sure that he did not have anything bad in mind, it is just the way they work!
I really recommend him and the Ha Giang loop generally!
